Terms & Conditions for abaji

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the abaji website accessible at abaji.io and all associated services, features, and content provided therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer, or VIP reward that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked across eligible games before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process abaji uses to confirm the identity, age, and address of Players.
• "Prohibited Territories" means any jurisdiction in which using the Platform is illegal or prohibited by applicable law.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the abaji Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
• You have read and accept the abaji Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You have read and accept the abaji Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited.
• You are not relying on any representation made by abaji other than what is expressly stated in these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The abaji Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use any of the Platform's services. abaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

3.2 Territorial Restrictions

abaji provides its services primarily to players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. abaji accepts no liability for any breach of local law arising from your access to or use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and valid mobile phone number. abaji reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. abaji will never ask you to disclose your password under any circumstances. You agree to notify abaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

abaji operates a KYC programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

abaji currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and direct bank transfer from recognised Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at abaji's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although abaji reserves the right to apply additional due-diligence checks to deposits above ৳50,000 per transaction.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). abaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs arising from your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method that is legally owned and operated by you. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting funds deposited by a third party, is strictly prohibited.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. abaji aims to process approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within five minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. abaji does not charge a withdrawal fee, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

abaji reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account balance includes uncleared bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements; or (d) an active responsible gaming restriction has been applied to the Account.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotions page at the time of the offer. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general rules apply.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within this period will be automatically forfeited.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and live casino games typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount. Slot games contribute at varying rates depending on the game provider and title. abaji will publish contribution rates for each product category in the relevant promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

abaji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to exploit bonus conditions, using betting patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, abaji reserves the right to remove all bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

8. Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by abaji, it cannot be cancelled by the Player. abaji reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Odds

Where abaji publishes odds that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to odds that are significantly shorter or longer than the true market value due to a technical or human error — abaji reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the Player's Account.

8.3 Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours of its scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the event is subsequently completed within the applicable settlement window specified in the individual sport's betting rules.

8.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting at abaji covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, ICC events, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other scheduled cricket tournaments. For BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, at least 10 overs must be completed in each innings (where applicable) for most markets to be settled. Ball-by-ball live betting markets are settled immediately upon the relevant delivery being completed.

9. Casino Game Rules

Casino games — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as RNG slot games from NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other approved providers — are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to matters of Account management, payments, and bonuses; game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcomes of that game.

abaji does not operate its own random number generation software. All RNG outcomes are determined by the certified systems of the relevant game provider. abaji makes no representation as to the house edge of any individual game; this information is available from the game provider directly.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abaji Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended pending investigation, with potential outcomes including permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner
• Colluding with other Players to achieve a shared betting advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider information trading
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure
• Providing false or misleading KYC documentation
• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment betting and gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the abaji Platform — including but not limited to the abaji name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, data compilations, and game content — is the property of abaji or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without abaji's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of abaji's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if abaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

abaji's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

abaji does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party network failures may temporarily affect availability. abaji will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and will not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

13. Privacy & Data

abaji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

abaji implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure servers. abaji will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or these Terms.

14. Responsible Gaming

abaji is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, any balance attributable to bonus abuse or prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

16. Amendments

abaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which abaji operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through abaji's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
